The monument serves as both an invitation to the Equestrian Center and a welcoming, dignified space for visitors to honor President Reagan. It also celebrates his deep connection with one of the world’s most magnificent animals—the horse. The monument features life-size bronze statues of President Reagan and a horse, set atop a three-tiered concrete pedestal. This stepped platform invites visitors to ascend and view the sculpture up close. A bronze plaque on the side provides information about the monument.
